SermonClips is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps churches and ministries repurpose long-form sermons into short, platform-ready videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. You upload a sermon video or audio, and the app auto-transcribes, finds high-engagement moments (stories, punchlines, key verses), and generates multiple 30–90 second clips with burned-in captions, safe-zone formatting, and simple branding templates. It also produces post copy, titles, and hashtags tailored to each platform. The reality: most churches don’t have a dedicated editor, and volunteers burn out. This tool reduces editing time from hours to minutes and makes consistent posting achievable. It focuses on reliability and simplicity over flashy features: clean captions, accurate scripture references, and a workflow built for non-technical staff. Export files are ready to publish, not “almost there.”
