SermonOps is a mobile + web app for churches to manage the entire Sunday message workflow end-to-end: series planning, scripture references, illustrations, slides, rehearsal notes, service run-of-show, and post-service archiving. It’s not another devotional or study tool; it’s operations software for preaching teams. Pastors can draft outlines, attach media, assign tasks to volunteers (slides, lyrics, livestream cues), and generate a clean “service packet” that everyone can view on their phone. After the service, the app stores the final outline, timestamps key moments, and packages assets for podcast/YouTube upload. Optional AI helps convert an outline into slide suggestions, tighten wording, and produce a short summary for the church newsletter—while keeping the pastor in control. The goal is fewer Saturday-night scrambles and fewer Sunday-morning miscommunications.
