SermonOps is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for Protestant churches that converts a pastor’s sermon audio or manuscript into a ready-to-use discipleship package: small-group discussion guide, youth version, kids summary, weekly devotional, slide recap, and social captions. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI drafts the materials, while church admins lock in doctrine settings (e.g., Reformed, Wesleyan, Baptist) and approve everything before publishing. The reality: most churches are understaffed and inconsistent with follow-up content, so people forget the sermon by Tuesday. This product sells time back to pastors and volunteers and makes week-to-week discipleship more consistent without hiring a communications team. It also stores a searchable “church teaching library” so leaders can reuse themes and avoid repeating themselves accidentally.
