SermonOps is a mobile + web app for evangelical and charismatic churches to run weekend services without the usual last-minute scrambling. It centralizes service plans (order of worship, sermon notes, altar call flow), volunteer scheduling, rehearsal checklists, and real-time run-of-show cues for worship leaders, pastors, and production teams. It also includes a lightweight AI assistant that turns a pastor’s outline into timed segments, generates volunteer call sheets, and flags common service risks (missing lyrics, unassigned mic, baptism supplies, prayer team gaps). This isn’t another “church social network” or donation app; it’s operational software for the people who actually make Sundays happen. The goal is fewer missed cues, less burnout, and more consistent services across multiple campuses. Monetization is straightforward: per-church subscription tiers based on team size and campuses.
