SermonSyllabus

SermonSyllabus is a web + mobile app that converts a pastor’s sermon audio/video or manuscript into a structured lesson plan for small groups, youth classes, or adult education. Upload a recording, select audience level (middle school, new believers, advanced), and the app generates a 30–60 minute outline, discussion questions, key terms, memory verse suggestions, and a simple facilitator guide. It also produces printable handouts and a mobile-friendly participant view with prompts and timers. The realistic value is speed: most churches reuse sermon themes but lack staff time to build curriculum. This won’t replace thoughtful teaching, and it will occasionally produce bland or theologically “off” phrasing, so it includes a required review workflow, denomination-specific guardrails, and an approval checklist before publishing. Pricing targets churches that already pay for software but want measurable time savings per week.
