SermonSync

SermonSync is a web app with a companion mobile app that helps mosques coordinate khutbah planning and delivery across multiple imams and committees. It centralizes a khutbah calendar, topic proposals, approvals, and versioned sermon notes so the minbar doesn’t depend on scattered WhatsApp threads and last-minute PDFs. Imams can draft outlines, attach references, and reuse past sermons with proper indexing. Admins can set policies (time limits, language mix, required announcements) and track who is scheduled, confirmed, and prepared. The AI layer optionally suggests topic ideas tied to community events, flags duplicate themes too close together, and generates a clean “imam view” printout format—while keeping final control with the imam. Realistically, mosques that already run on informal processes will resist change, so the product must be lightweight, fast, and respectful of autonomy.
