ServeProof

ServeProof is a mobile + web app that helps process servers, small law firms, and self-represented litigants generate court-ready proof of service with fewer rejections. The app guides the server through a step-by-step workflow: capture recipient details, service method, time window, and required declarations; automatically collect GPS, timestamp, and photo evidence; and produce a jurisdiction-specific affidavit template for e-signing and export. It also tracks attempts, mileage, and notes, and creates a defensible audit trail that can be shared with attorneys or uploaded to e-filing systems. This is not a magic “win your case” tool—courts vary widely and some won’t accept digital evidence beyond standard forms—but it can reduce administrative errors, missing fields, and sloppy documentation that cause delays and extra trips.
