ServeSense

ServeSense is a mobile AI app that analyzes a player’s tennis serve from a single smartphone video and returns a short, actionable report: contact point consistency, toss height/placement, shoulder-hip separation proxy, knee bend timing, and likely fault causes (net, long, wide). It auto-trims clips, tracks key body landmarks, and overlays simple cues like “toss drifting left” or “contact too low,” plus 2-3 drills matched to the detected issue. The app is intentionally narrow: it focuses only on serves because that’s where players obsess, practice alone, and can record repeatedly. It also includes a “baseline” mode to compare today’s serve to your best session and show whether changes are real or noise. Realistically, accuracy won’t match a coach; the product wins by being fast, consistent, and cheap enough to use daily.
