ServeSignal is a mobile + web app that helps volleyball coaches and players turn messy game video into searchable, shareable clips fast. Record on a phone or import from Hudl/YouTube/Google Drive, then tap a simple on-screen button for each rally outcome (ace, error, kill, block, dig). An AI model detects rally boundaries and suggests tags (serve type, rotation, hitter, zone), but the workflow is built to work even when AI is wrong—because it will be sometimes. The app outputs a clean highlight reel per player, plus a “next practice” playlist of the 10 most repeated breakdowns (e.g., missed seams in serve receive). It’s not trying to replace full stat systems; it’s the lightweight video-to-coaching feedback loop for teams that don’t have a dedicated analyst.
