ServeSure

ServeSure is a mobile + web app for process servers and law firms to create court-defensible proof of service packets with less back-and-forth and fewer rejected filings. The app captures GPS, timestamp, route history, and a guided checklist of jurisdiction-specific service steps, then generates a standardized affidavit/declaration with attached evidence (photos, notes, attempt logs). It also supports recipient identity verification options (photo of location, witness statement capture, optional ID scan where legal) and chain-of-custody for all media. A web portal lets firms assign jobs, monitor status, and export service packets to PDF for e-filing systems. This is not glamorous: it’s compliance-heavy and operationally annoying, which is exactly why many teams still rely on messy texts and handwritten notes. The value is fewer failed services, fewer continuances, and less time chasing documentation.
