ServiceGrid helps field-service businesses define, audit, and enforce real service areas based on capacity, travel time, and staffing—not wishful zip-code lists. You draw or import territories, then the app continuously recalculates what you can cover this week using technician schedules, historical job durations, and drive-time constraints. It flags “coverage debt” (areas you claim but can’t reliably hit SLA), suggests boundary adjustments, and can auto-block bookings outside feasible zones. It also generates simple, customer-facing coverage maps and internal dispatch views so sales, support, and ops stop fighting. This is a web app with a lightweight mobile companion for tech check-ins and location pings. It’s a combination app: traditional rules + optional AI forecasting for demand and job duration. Realistically, success depends on tight integrations and clear ROI from fewer late arrivals and refunds.
