ServiceLedger is a mobile + web app that creates a tamper-evident service and ownership timeline for luxury watches. Owners upload invoices, service reports, warranty cards, and photos; the app verifies documents with issuer checks (where possible) and adds metadata (dates, reference, serial range, service center). Each watch gets a shareable “provenance link” buyers can view without an account, reducing back-and-forth during resale. It also tracks maintenance intervals, pressure-test reminders, and stores insurer-ready documentation in one place. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI extracts key fields from paperwork, flags inconsistencies (wrong reference, impossible dates, mismatched service center), and helps generate a clean, buyer-friendly dossier. Realistically, it won’t stop high-end fraud alone, but it can materially reduce uncertainty and improve transaction speed for honest sellers.
