ServiceProof is a mobile + web app that helps buyers and sellers of Swiss luxury watches verify service history and authenticity signals without relying on screenshots, vague claims, or trust-me stories. It creates a standardized “service passport” by ingesting invoices, warranty cards, and timegrapher readings, then cross-checking details against known reference formats and typical service intervals. The app also supports optional watchmaker attestations: independent watchmakers can digitally sign a service event, attach photos of movement/serial areas, and log parts replaced. Buyers get a clean, shareable report link they can use during a deal, plus a risk score that flags missing documentation, suspicious date gaps, or mismatched reference/bracelet combinations. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps extract and normalize documents and detect inconsistencies, while the core value is the verified, tamper-evident record and network of participating watchmakers.
