ServiceSeal

ServiceSeal is a web + mobile app that creates a tamper-evident, shareable service record for luxury watches. Independent watchmakers and authorized service centers log work performed (diagnostics, parts replaced, timing results, pressure test outcomes) and attach photos and invoices. Each entry is cryptographically signed and time-stamped, then packaged into a “ServiceSeal” link/QR that a seller can share with a buyer or insurer. The app also supports chain-of-custody events (drop-off, shipped, received, completed) to reduce disputes. An AI component helps standardize notes, flags missing required tests for specific watch types, and extracts key fields from uploaded invoices—without pretending to “diagnose” watches. This is not a marketplace; it’s a trust layer that makes resale, insurance, and warranty conversations cleaner. Monetization: per-service record fee for shops, plus consumer “vault” subscriptions for collectors.
