The app generates “audit-ready” evidence packets (dates, documents, call logs, letters) so users can dispute missing qualifying payments with less back-and-forth. It also flags common PSLF failure points—wrong repayment plan, gaps in certification, consolidation timing issues, and employer eligibility mismatches—before they become expensive mistakes. This is an AI-assisted app (document parsing + anomaly detection) but keeps humans in control with clear checklists and plain-language explanations. It’s not a magic wand: it won’t guarantee forgiveness, but it can reduce costly administrative errors and missed steps.
