SetPlayLab is a mobile + web app for coaches who need repeatable, game-ready set plays (inbounds, restarts, special teams, dead-ball situations) without spending hours in video editors or whiteboards. Coaches build plays with a simple drag-and-drop field/court, assign roles, and attach coaching points. Players get a lightweight “playbook” view with step-by-step animations and quick quizzes to confirm understanding. The app tracks who viewed what, quiz accuracy, and which plays were actually called in games (manual quick-tap logging). It’s not trying to replace full video analysis platforms; it focuses on the highest-leverage tactical moments where preparation wins possessions. Realistically, adoption depends on being faster than existing tools and easy enough for non-technical coaches. Monetization is team subscriptions with tiered player seats and optional club-wide admin.
