SetRest

SetRest is a mobile app (with optional smartwatch integration) that times your rest between sets based on what you actually did, not a generic timer. You log the set quickly (weight, reps, RPE or “hardness”), and the app recommends a rest window to hit your next set with the right performance target (strength, hypertrophy, or endurance). It adapts per exercise, tracks how rest impacts reps and load, and flags when you’re consistently under-resting (junk volume) or over-resting (wasted time). The AI component is lightweight: it learns your personal recovery curve per movement and session context (sleep and heart rate if available) and suggests realistic adjustments. This is not a full workout planner; it’s a focused tool for people who already train but want better results in the same gym time.
