SetScout helps fans discover live shows they’ll genuinely enjoy by matching upcoming concerts to their real listening habits, not generic genres. Connect Spotify/Apple Music, and the app estimates how much you’ll like each local show by comparing the artist’s recent setlists (from public setlist data), top tracks, and your listening history. It highlights “high-confidence” matches, flags artists you only know one song from, and surfaces openers you’re likely to become a fan of. You can filter by venue size, ticket price range, weeknights vs weekends, and travel distance. The reality: streaming discovery is crowded and algorithm-heavy, but live music planning is still messy and time-consuming. This product wins only if it’s ruthlessly accurate and fast—otherwise users will revert to Instagram/TikTok and venue calendars.
