SetSwap

SetSwap is a mobile + web app that helps festival-goers solve the most common festival problem: set-time conflicts and group coordination. Users import official lineups (or scan posters), then the app builds a personal schedule and highlights conflicts. The core feature is “swap suggestions”: if two friends want different artists at the same time, SetSwap proposes meet-up points and times based on walking distance, stage locations, and each person’s must-sees. It also supports offline mode with cached schedules and maps, because festivals have terrible reception. This is a traditional app with light AI: AI is used to auto-parse lineup images, normalize artist names, and generate conflict-resolution suggestions (not “chatbot fluff”). Monetization is realistic: a $4.99 festival pass or $9.99 season pass, plus B2B licensing to smaller festivals that lack good scheduling tools.
