SetSync

SetSync is a mobile + web app for managing last-minute live-show changes without chaos. It centralizes setlists, patch notes, tempo/BPM, cues, stage plots, and “what changed since rehearsal” into a single timeline that pushes updates to every band member and crew role in real time. Each change is logged with who approved it, when it goes live, and a quick rollback option—because mistakes happen under pressure. It’s not trying to replace your DAW, playback rig, or console software; it’s the coordination layer that sits above them. The MVP focuses on reliability: offline-first on phones, fast syncing, and role-based views (musician vs. FOH vs. monitor vs. stage manager). Optional AI assists by turning messy rehearsal notes or voice memos into structured change items, but the core value works without AI.
