SettlePulse is a web app (with optional desktop alerts) for operations and treasury teams to monitor liquidity and settlement health across banks, custodians, and payment rails. It ingests confirmations, SWIFT/ISO 20022 messages, broker files, and internal ledger exports, then normalizes them into a single “settlement timeline” per trade/payment. The app flags likely fails early (missing matching fields, late confirmations, cut-off risk, insufficient cash/position) and quantifies exposure: fees, overdraft risk, and downstream funding impact. It includes a lightweight case-management workflow so ops can assign breaks, track outreach, and document resolution. This is a combination traditional + AI app: deterministic matching and rule checks do the heavy lifting; AI helps classify break reasons, draft emails to counterparties, and suggest next actions. Realistically, winning requires tight integrations and trust—so the MVP should focus on a narrow asset class/rail first.
