SevaRoster is a mobile + web scheduling and operations app for gurdwaras to manage volunteer seva without endless WhatsApp threads and last‑minute no-shows. It lets committees create recurring shifts for langar prep, serving, dishwashing, kirtan support, parking, and cleaning, then fills them via sign-ups, auto-reminders, and backup lists. Volunteers can set availability, preferred seva types, and languages; the app nudges them with simple confirmations and one-tap “can’t make it” swaps. Admins get attendance tracking, role coverage dashboards, and broadcast updates for events or emergency closures. This is not a “learn Sikhism” content app; it’s boring operations software that gurdwaras actually need. Monetization is straightforward: a monthly subscription per gurdwara, with optional paid SMS packs for communities where push notifications aren’t enough.
