The app summarizes what happened, flags leadership behaviors (clarity, decision-making, conflict handling, inclusion), and generates a 5-minute “next time” plan with exact phrases to try. It also creates role-play prompts tailored to your context (e.g., pushing back on scope, giving tough feedback, aligning stakeholders) and tracks whether you actually used the behaviors in subsequent meetings via quick check-ins. This is not a generic course library; it’s a coaching loop tied to what you did this week. Brutal truth: if users don’t regularly reflect or log meetings, it won’t work—so the product must be frictionless and privacy-first to earn trust.
