ShadowSprint

ShadowSprint is a web + mobile app that helps companies run structured job-shadowing and micro-mentorship programs without the usual chaos of calendars, vague goals, and untracked outcomes. Managers or program admins create “shadow sprints” (1–4 weeks) with a defined role, skills checklist, and a set of short observation tasks (meetings to attend, workflows to watch, artifacts to review). Mentors get lightweight prompts and templates; mentees get a clear plan, reflection questions, and deliverables. The app automatically captures proof of learning (notes, artifacts, quick quizzes) and generates a simple outcomes report for HR/L&D: participation, skill exposure, and feedback quality. It’s realistic: it won’t ‘transform culture’—it just makes shadowing repeatable, auditable, and less time-wasteful. Best fit is internal programs where compliance, consistency, and reporting matter more than “inspiration.”
