ShameScript

ShameScript is a mobile AI app for people who spiral into harsh self-talk and then feel stuck. You capture a moment (typed or voice): what happened, what you told yourself, and how it felt. The app identifies the “inner critic script” (catastrophizing, mind-reading, perfectionism) and rewrites it into a self-compassionate version that still feels believable—not cheesy affirmations. It then gives a 60-second practice: a short grounding prompt, a compassionate reframe, and one tiny next action. Over time, it builds a personal “compassion library” of phrases that actually work for you, plus a relapse plan for common triggers (work mistakes, relationship conflict, body image). It’s not therapy and won’t pretend to be; it’s a practical tool for interrupting self-punishment in the moment and building a repeatable habit.
