ShareLedger is a web app (with optional mobile approvals) that helps state and local finance teams calculate, document, and reconcile revenue-sharing distributions across agencies, districts, and special funds. It centralizes formulas (statutory, policy-based, or contract-based), ingests source revenue data from ERP exports, and produces allocation schedules with a full audit trail: inputs, assumptions, version history, and approvals. The app flags exceptions like missing source lines, negative balances, rounding drift, and mismatched fund codes before distributions are posted. It also generates standardized reports for governing boards and auditors (allocation basis, timing, and reconciliation to bank/GL). This is a traditional app with light AI: an assistant that maps messy CSV/ERP exports to the correct schema and suggests likely fund/account matches, but the final numbers remain deterministic and reviewable. Realistically, sales cycles are slow, but the operational pain is constant.
