Owners can approve budgets, vote on major decisions, and see a transparent audit log of every charge and decision. The app integrates with property managers for work orders and with payment rails for automated collections and payouts. This is not a marketplace for selling fractions; it’s the “operating system” after the deal closes—where most groups actually fall apart.
