ShareWatt
ShareWatt helps communities and multi-tenant buildings manage shared energy from solar, batteries, and common-area loads without spreadsheets. It ingests interval meter data (utility Green Button where available, or via supported smart meters/submeters), then allocates costs and credits using transparent rules: per-unit, per-occupant, time-of-use weighting, or custom splits approved by residents. It generates monthly statements, flags anomalies (e.g., a stuck meter, sudden base-load jump), and provides a simple settlement flow so residents can pay/receive via connected payments. For community solar groups, it tracks each member’s subscription share and verifies bill credits against expected production. The product is realistic: it does not “optimize the grid”; it reduces disputes, admin time, and billing errors. It’s a web app with a lightweight mobile companion for notifications and payments. AI is used only for anomaly detection and support triage, not for core accounting.
