ShariaDesk is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps lawyers, compliance officers, and in-house counsel quickly assemble defensible Islamic-law research packets for contracts, finance, family matters, and dispute resolution. It combines a traditional legal research workflow with an AI assistant that drafts issue-spotting memos, compares madhhab positions, and generates citations from a curated, licensed library of classical fiqh texts, modern fatwa collections, and standards (e.g., AAOIFI/IFSB where relevant). Users can build a “position matrix” (Hanafi/Maliki/Shafi’i/Hanbali + contemporary councils), attach jurisdiction notes, and export a clean PDF/Word bundle for clients or court/arbitration. Brutal reality: you will not win by being a generic ‘ask Sharia’ chatbot—trust, sourcing, and auditability are everything. The product lives or dies on credible content partnerships and tight citation trails.
