ShariahCheck is a mobile + web app (AI-assisted + rules-based) that helps Muslims quickly assess whether a stock, ETF, or crypto token is likely Shariah-compliant using transparent criteria. Users search a ticker, connect a brokerage read-only feed, or upload a portfolio CSV. The app calculates common screens (business activity, debt ratios, interest income, cash/receivables thresholds) and flags items needing scholar review. It also explains “why” in plain language, links to source financial statements, and tracks changes over time so users get alerts when a holding drifts out of compliance. This is not a fatwa engine: it’s a decision-support tool that reduces confusion and saves hours of manual checking. Monetization: freemium for single lookups, paid tiers for portfolio monitoring, alerts, and exportable compliance reports.
