ShariaLedger

ShariaLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps Islamic banks, fintechs, and auditors document, test, and continuously monitor Sharia compliance across financing products (Murabaha, Ijara, Tawarruq, Sukuk workflows). It centralizes product structures, contracts, approvals, and evidence trails, then runs rule-based checks and AI-assisted document review to flag common non-compliance risks (missing asset ownership steps, timing gaps, improper fee language, late payment clauses, commingling issues). The output is an audit-ready compliance pack: process maps, required documents, exception logs, and board reporting templates. This is not a “fatwa machine”; it’s a governance and evidence system that reduces manual spreadsheet chaos and makes external audits faster. Integrations pull data from core banking/loan origination systems to keep controls current rather than point-in-time.
