ShelfAudit is a mobile + web AI computer-vision app for retail teams to audit shelves in minutes. Store associates scan an aisle with their phone; the app detects out-of-stocks, misplaced items, missing price labels, and planogram non-compliance, then generates a prioritized task list with photo evidence. Managers get a web dashboard showing compliance trends by store, category, and time, plus exportable reports for vendors/brand reps. This is not “magic AI”: it works best in controlled categories (packaged goods with clear facings) and will struggle with glare, crowded displays, and fast-changing seasonal layouts.
