ShelfProof

ShelfProof is a web app (with optional lightweight mobile companion) that verifies whether retail media placements on ecommerce marketplaces actually appeared as contracted. Retail media is booming, but reporting is often opaque, delayed, and hard to audit—especially across multiple retailers. ShelfProof runs scheduled “mystery shopper” checks using clean-room-safe, policy-compliant browsing sessions, capturing evidence of ad presence, placement type, rank/position, and time-in-view for sponsored listings and display slots. It then reconciles these observations against booked line items and retailer reports to flag under-delivery, misplacement, or broken creative/landing pages. The product focuses on actionable disputes: it generates retailer-ready audit packets (timestamps, screenshots, URLs, SKU context) and summarizes financial impact. This is not a magic attribution tool; it’s an accountability layer for retail media ops teams who need proof, fast, and across retailers.
