ShelfRadar is a mobile + web app that helps brick-and-mortar retailers detect and fix out-of-stocks and planogram drift using existing store cameras (where available) or quick employee aisle scans. The app turns images into actionable tasks: “Restock SKU X in Aisle 4,” “Facing count below threshold,” and “Wrong item in slot.” Managers get a live heatmap of problem aisles, time-to-fix tracking, and a simple daily priority list. It’s not magic: accuracy will vary by lighting, camera placement, and packaging changes, so the MVP focuses on the 20% of high-velocity SKUs that drive most lost sales. Integrations start lightweight (CSV/Shopify POS exports) and expand to inventory systems later. The value is reducing lost sales and labor waste, not fancy analytics.
