It creates a simple location hierarchy (site > zone > aisle > shelf > bin) and enforces scan-first workflows using QR codes you print in-app. Users can receive, move, pick, and cycle-count items with fast scan flows, and every movement leaves an audit trail. The app focuses on “where is it?” and “who moved it?” rather than trying to be accounting, purchasing, or ERP. It integrates with Shopify and QuickBooks via lightweight connectors so stock levels can sync, but the core value is accurate location and reduced time wasted searching.
