ShelfSignal

ShelfSignal is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for CPG brands to detect and fix retail execution issues using the data they already have. It connects to POS feeds (e.g., SPINS/IRI/Nielsen where available), retailer portals, and simple field inputs to flag likely out-of-stocks, phantom inventory, price/promo mismatches, and planogram non-compliance at the store/SKU level. Instead of generic dashboards, it generates a daily prioritized “fix list” with suggested actions: open a retailer case, notify the broker, schedule a merchandiser visit, or adjust replenishment parameters. An AI layer summarizes what changed, why it likely happened, and drafts retailer-ready emails and case notes. The goal is not perfect truth (retail data is messy), but faster, more consistent triage so small-to-mid brands stop losing velocity due to preventable execution failures.
