ShelfSyncer is a web + mobile app that reconciles what your systems say you have versus what’s actually sellable on shelves, in backrooms, and in ship-from-store bins. It ingests POS, OMS, and WMS feeds, then prompts fast in-store verification tasks (scan a bay, count a tote, confirm a damaged item) to resolve the highest-impact discrepancies first. The app focuses on omnichannel promises: it flags SKUs that are likely to cause cancellations, late shipments, or “out of stock” surprises, and suggests simple actions (move stock, quarantine, relabel, cycle count). It’s not a full ERP replacement—just a practical layer that improves inventory accuracy and order reliability with minimal process change. Basic AI helps prioritize which items to verify and predicts discrepancy hotspots by store, category, and time of day.
