The AI layer flags likely compliance issues (e.g., overtime trends, missing rest days, repeated last-minute changes) and suggests neutral wording for tough messages to reduce conflict. A built-in incident log captures disagreements, late returns, or safety concerns with timestamps and optional photos—useful if you need to involve an agency or mediator. It also includes a weekly check-in template (mood, workload, childcare challenges) to surface problems early. This is not a marketplace; it’s the “operating system” for an au pair placement.
