ShiftDrift

ShiftDrift is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that analyzes how time patterns—shift rotations, overtime streaks, night work, and handoff timing—affect operational outcomes like defects, incidents, customer wait times, and SLA misses. You connect scheduling/timeclock data and one outcome source (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, incident logs, QA defects, call center metrics). The app builds temporal baselines, detects statistically meaningful drift after schedule changes, and highlights high-risk windows (e.g., “2nd night in a row + >10 hours shift = 28% higher defect rate”). It produces simple, defensible reports for managers and HR: what changed, when it started, how confident the signal is, and what schedule tweaks are likely to help. It’s not a magic AI oracle—just rigorous, time-aware analytics with clear caveats and audit trails.
