ShiftHACCP

ShiftHACCP is a mobile + web app for slaughter and processing plants to capture HACCP and SSOP checks in real time without clipboards, missing signatures, or backfilled temperatures. Line leads get a simple checklist per station (pre-op sanitation, carcass wash, cooler temps, metal detector checks, CCP verification) with timed prompts and required photo evidence when out-of-spec occurs. Supervisors see a live dashboard of compliance, deviations, corrective actions, and who signed what, with automatic audit-ready PDF exports by date/lot/shift. It includes offline mode for dead zones on the floor and role-based access to reduce "everyone shares one login" chaos. This is not glamorous software, but it eliminates a daily operational headache and reduces the risk of costly non-compliance findings. It’s a traditional app with light AI for anomaly detection and auto-summarized deviation reports.
