ShiftHarden

ShiftHarden is a web + mobile app for critical-infrastructure operators that standardizes shift handovers and turns messy operator notes into structured, auditable operational risk signals. It replaces ad-hoc spreadsheets, radio chatter, and free-form logbooks with guided checklists, asset-linked events, and incident-ready timelines. An AI layer summarizes the last 24–72 hours, flags unresolved follow-ups, detects recurring anomalies (e.g., repeated pump cavitation notes), and drafts maintenance tickets with evidence. The app is designed for low-connectivity sites: offline-first mobile capture, then secure sync when connectivity returns. It integrates with common OT/IT systems (CMMS, ticketing, historian) but can start standalone for one plant. Realistically, selling into this space is slow and compliance-heavy, so the product focuses on measurable outcomes: fewer missed handover items, faster incident reconstruction, and reduced unplanned downtime from “known-but-lost” issues.
