ShiftKeyID

ShiftKeyID is a web app (with optional mobile admin companion) that automates identity and access for temporary and rotating healthcare staff—travel nurses, per-diem clinicians, locums, and contractors. It connects HR onboarding and scheduling to your IAM stack to create time-bound, least-privilege access that starts exactly at shift time and expires automatically at shift end. The product focuses on the messy middle most hospitals struggle with: rapid provisioning across EHR, PACS, VPN, badge access requests, and shared workstations, without leaving orphaned accounts that become audit findings. It provides a single “access packet” per role/site, approvals with auditable trails, and real-time status dashboards for IT and nursing supervisors. It’s not a replacement for Okta/Azure AD; it’s the healthcare-specific orchestration layer that makes them actually work for contingent labor.
