ShiftLeague is a web + mobile app for organizing corporate and worksports leagues when people don’t share the same schedule. It handles rotating shifts, hybrid teams, and inconsistent attendance—realities that make most “office league” tools fall apart. Admins create seasons, venues, and rules; employees join with availability windows, skill level, and preferred locations. The app auto-generates balanced rosters and match schedules that minimize no-shows, then tracks results, standings, and eligibility. It also includes lightweight compliance features (waivers, incident logs) and simple comms (match reminders, last-minute subs). This is not a “culture” toy; it’s operational software for HR/People Ops and volunteer captains who are tired of spreadsheets, group chats, and constant rescheduling. Monetization: per-league or per-company subscription, plus optional add-ons for venue partners.
