ShiftLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for commercial and industrial sites that need to document and monetize load shifting. It connects to utility interval data (Green Button/retailers), major EMS/BMS platforms, and selected device controllers to track baseline vs. shifted consumption during demand response or tariff peak windows. The app generates audit-ready “shift reports” showing when load moved, how much kWh/kW was avoided, and the estimated bill impact under the site’s actual tariff. It also supports simple scheduling: define shiftable processes (HVAC pre-cool, thermal storage, EV fleet charging, compressed air, refrigeration defrost), set constraints, and get notifications when a shift window is worth doing. This is not a magic optimizer; it’s a measurement-and-proof layer that makes programs and internal accountability workable. Without credible verification, finance and operations won’t trust the savings.
