ShiftLoop is a web + mobile scheduling app built for recurring events that don’t follow neat weekly patterns: rotating shifts, custody schedules, on-call duty, cleaning rotations, gym programs, and alternating meeting cadences. Instead of forcing everything into “every X weeks,” users build a recurrence as a pattern (e.g., 2 days on / 2 off / 3 on) and then apply exceptions, swaps, and blackout dates without breaking the whole series. It generates a shareable calendar feed (ICS) and can push to Google Calendar/Outlook while keeping the pattern logic in ShiftLoop. It’s a traditional app with light AI: it can infer a pattern from a few weeks of imported events and suggest the closest recurrence rule, but the core value is deterministic, auditable scheduling. Pricing is per user or per household/team, with a simple free tier for one pattern.
