ShiftMapr is a web + mobile AI app that converts a person’s real work history into a practical reskilling roadmap tied to local job demand. Users paste a resume/LinkedIn or answer a guided “what I actually did” interview; the app extracts skills, proficiency signals, and gaps against target roles (e.g., warehouse lead → logistics coordinator, retail supervisor → customer success). It then builds a 6–10 week plan using short, verifiable tasks: mini-projects, workplace simulations, and micro-credentials from low-cost providers. The key is proof: each step produces an artifact (spreadsheet, SOP, dashboard, email scripts) that can be shared with recruiters. ShiftMapr also includes a “time/energy budget” planner so the plan fits around shifts, childcare, and burnout. It’s not a course marketplace; it’s a conversion engine from experience to employability evidence.
