ShiftNudge is a mobile + web scheduling add-on focused on the ugliest problem in hourly work: last-minute callouts. Instead of rebuilding your whole roster, it plugs into your existing calendar/rota export and runs a fast “coverage workflow”: detect an uncovered shift, notify only qualified staff in a fair order, collect one-tap accept/decline, and lock the slot with confirmation and audit trail. Managers get a simple dashboard showing coverage risk, response times, and who is being overused. Workers get clear shift details, pay rate, location, and a frictionless way to swap or claim open shifts without group chats. It’s not trying to be a full HR suite; it’s a narrow tool that reduces chaos, overtime, and manager burnout. If you can’t integrate with a system, it still works via lightweight shift templates and CSV import for small teams.
