ShiftOptix is a web app (with optional mobile manager view) that turns messy demand forecasts into prescriptive staffing decisions. You upload historical volume (calls, tickets, orders), service targets (SLA/ASA), labor rules (breaks, max hours, skills), and wage rates. The app runs optimization to recommend headcount by interval, skill mix, and shift templates, then outputs a schedule-ready plan plus cost and SLA tradeoffs. It flags where you’re overstaffed, where you’ll miss SLA, and what the cheapest fix is (overtime, cross-skill, temp labor, shift swaps). It’s not a “dashboard”—it produces an actionable plan with constraints and a clear rationale. Integrations focus on exporting to common WFM/payroll tools via CSV/API. Realistically, the first version should target one vertical (e.g., customer support or warehouse pick/pack) to avoid boiling the ocean.
