ShiftPath

ShiftPath is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for transition planning that converts decarbonization goals into an executable portfolio of projects. Users build a baseline, set target pathways (SBTi-aligned or custom), then create initiatives (electrification, renewables PPAs, process changes, fleet, supplier programs) with cost, abatement, risk, and dependencies. The app produces a board-ready transition plan: timeline, capex/opex curve, marginal abatement cost curve, and scenario comparisons (energy price, carbon price, demand). It also tracks delivery monthly with simple evidence uploads and variance explanations—without pretending to be a full ERP. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps draft initiatives, map activities to typical abatement levers, and flag inconsistent assumptions, but the core is structured planning and governance. It’s realistic for mid-market firms that can’t afford heavyweight consulting or enterprise suites.
