ShiftPlan

ShiftPlan is a mobile app (with an optional parent web dashboard) that helps teens build a realistic weekly plan around school, activities, sleep, and part-time work—without pretending they’ll suddenly become disciplined. It uses lightweight AI to convert messy inputs (screenshots of schedules, teacher posts, calendar events, and “I have practice Tue/Thu”) into a simple, editable week view with time blocks and reminders. The app focuses on two outcomes: fewer missed deadlines and less last-minute panic. It includes a “friction audit” that flags overloaded days, predicts crunch periods, and suggests small swaps (e.g., move homework to a 25-minute block after dinner). It also supports optional accountability: a trusted adult can see only high-level status (on track/overloaded) rather than private details, reducing privacy blowups while still enabling help when needed.
